What does it mean to be registered to ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is a quality management system model that represents an international consensus on successful, tried and tested quality management practices. Being registered to ISO 9001:2008 means that an accredited independent third party has confirmed that an organization meets the requirements of the latest version of ISO 9001 in a way that demonstrates the organization’s ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and regulatory requirements and that a systematic approach to enhancing customer satisfaction is effectively in place.
In other words, DTM has proven that its quality management system reliably meets customer requirements with the intention and capability to exceed customer expectations.
